For nearly two decades, Equitable Construction Company has managed more than 450 commercial and residential renovation projects in the Greater Atlanta area. Its owner, David, practices a simple business model: Get the Job Done Right, The First Time. David's background as a professional civil engineer, has given him a unique set of skills on all aspects of residential construction.

During his early career working for various professional engineering firms, David designed and monitored the construction of institutions, medical centers, recreational venues, water parks and apartment complexes. Thus, his transition from the field of corporate civil engineering design and construction management to residential home building and remodeling was only natural.

In 1997, David entered the field of home building, focusing on the construction of single family detached homes and remodeling & renovating houses throughout the city of Atlanta.
